You may email your original black and white artwork in eps format to our art department. There will be a set-up fee of $25.00 for each piece of artwork submitted. This $25 charge will be added to the invoice you receive once we determine that the artwork is usable.

While placing your order, choose the custom art option during the order process. When you have finished placing your order and receive your order confirmation via email, send your artwork to info@summitdogtags.com. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email.

Once we set up your artwork, it will be kept on file for future orders without any additional set-up costs. Please do not fax artwork.
