- Can I combine my order for quantity discounts?
- You may combine dog tags and cuff bracelets only for the discounts. Click here for the pricing chart and instructions on combining products.
- Is there a minimum quantity that I must order?
- Yes, we require a minimum quantity order of 10 tags or cuff bracelets per mascot, logo or text design.
- Can I order different colors of the same tag without having to enter the same information again?
- Yes, when ordering, please input total quantity for that design, and when choosing your colors, please pick the multiple colors option. Use the Special Instructions box at the bottom of the form to type your color and quantities of each.
- Does the tag include an attachment?
- No, the price of the tag does not include an attachment. All attachments are sold separately.
- Can I submit my own custom art?
- Yes. Please email your black and white artwork in eps format. Do not fax artwork. There is a $25.00 set-up fee for each piece of artwork submitted. You can select the custom artwork option while ordering, and follow the instructions given for emailing the art.
- Is there a charge for using one of your logos or mascots?
- No, you may use our stock logos and mascots for free. If you don’t see something you like on our website, please call us. We may have something different that we could fax you.
- Can I get my dog tag engraved on the reverse side?
- Yes, for an additional charge of $ .28 per tag, we can engrave the reverse side with text or logo, or both.
- What color will the engraving be?
- All tags have white imprint.
- Do the bracelets come in different sizes?
- No, our cuff bracelets are one size fits most. They can be slightly adjusted by the wearer.
- What payment methods are available?
- We accept credit card payments, school purchase orders, and on account for school organizations. Click here for more info.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
- When placing your order, please allow 14 business days for production, and 3-5 business days for shipping.
- What if I am having trouble ordering online?
- Please call us at 1-800-982-9592 for any trouble you are having. If you are in a hurry, please fax your order to 1-903-569-0690.
- Can I reorder my tags online if I have been a customer for years?
- Yes, if it is more convenient for you to order online. But please remember that all information must be input completely when you order online. After that, your saved online orders will be accessible through your account information when you sign on. Orders that are faxed or mailed in will not be online.
- Why do I have to fill out everything online if I have been a customer for years?
- This is a new online ordering system and all information will need to be entered by you for your first online experience.
- Why did I receive my invoice, but not my order?
- The invoice is mailed on the same day your order is shipped via UPS. Sometimes both items do not arrive on the same day.
- How do I get a receipt for my credit card payment?
- We will mail you a credit card receipt along with a copy of the paid invoice.
- What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
- When you receive your shipment, we require that you check your products immediately for any errors. Any problems need to be reported to our customer service department at 1-800-982-9592 within 14 business days after you receive your order. We will discuss the problem with you and tell you what steps will be taken to correct the errors.
- How many words can I put on my dog tag or cuff bracelet?
- There is no set limit on the amount of words you can use on a tag or bracelet, but please understand the more words you want, the smaller they will be. You can look at some examples here. We will not produce a dog tag or bracelet that cannot be read because the words are too small. We will contact you to discuss ways to condense what you want. So please include all the text you would like, and we will work with that.
